THE COTTAGE
Our holiday house is classified 3 * and it offers the perfect location to have a good stay. We can accommodate 4 people and it is composed of two bedrooms (3 beds), a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area in a veranda, a bathroom (with a shower) and WC. The house offers a private small terrace in front of the veranda with garden furniture (1 table and 4 chairs). It is situated in a common courtyard shared by all the inhabitants of the other 3 houses and you can access to the accommodation via this courtyard closed by a gate to the street.
From this place, you can easily go to the beach, ride a bike or go hiking.

Dining Area

a sink with mixer tap, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, an induction hob, a hood, a filter coffee maker, a Senseo coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, a blender, a raclette machine, storage furniture, a trash can under the sink and dishes
Here is the plan of the gîte la Salicorne, it is located in the village of La Bauduère in Les Sables d'Olonne. Access to this holiday home is via the veranda (dining area) whose facade is to the east. It has a view of an interior courtyard accessible to all residents (i.e. 4 dwellings in all).
You can attach your bikes to the ring to the left of the front door.
It is also possible to park your motorcycle on the flat surface along the terrace, inside the courtyard.
The gîte is located in a common courtyard. The entrance is independent. You enter it by passing under the porch from the street, which is a dead end. The courtyard is private and common for the 4 houses.

Please note that the cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

The house is located in a common courtyard where 4 dwellings coexist : all residents have access to it.

Occasional presence of a dog (very nice) belonging to one of the owners in the courtyard.

The cottage is not visible from the street, you have to pass under a stone porch to access it.

Parking is on the street.

Our animal friends are not accepted

Access to the accommodation is through a common courtyard closed by a gate that overlooks the street.
